Hi all,

During our recent trip, we received our early sample copies of the Faerie Bestiary for Pathfinder Second Edition!

When we got our advance copies of the Faerie Bestiary for 5E, we had a lot of backers who had backed for only that single item (either the standard or the deluxe version), so we picked out lucky backers to get sent early copies! In an odd coincidence, we only had *one* backer who ordered only the Faerie Bestiary (PF2) without any other books, so that made picking someone to get an early book really easy! Congratulations to Matthew W.! As far as the other early copies, I guess we'll just wait until we get our advance copies of Faerie Campaigns (PF2) and our lucky backers will get both books shipped together!   I'm catching up on missed work from during the month we were out and navigating birthdays and graduations last week and this week, but next stop on the Ultimate Faeries train will be the long-awaited Ultimate Rulership for PF2, the final installment in the books for this project!

Speaking of Pathfinder 2E, ourteam is making excellent progress on Mechanical Monsters for PF2. As Paizo refines the new ORC license and gets to their final version, we expect to be ready to launch this second round of the Mechanical Monsters project later this summer, hopefully with Foundry VTT support.  Of course, anyone who missed that Kickstarter who wants to grab the books for 5E and PF1 can get them too! 

Last but not least, we hope you'll check out our newest Legendary Bestiary project launching later this month, Mediterranean Monsters! We are sending out our last batch of monster design orders and art orders this week for the expanded creature listings drawn from our research trip to Morocco, Spain, and Portugal last month. We are excited to show off the incredible creatures of this region's rich folklore and hope you'll love seeing this book! Faerie Campaigns PF2 is here on Backerkit!

Hi all,

This project keeps rolling on toward its conclusion with the release of our penultimate volume, Faerie Campaigns for Pathfinder Second Edition! This book is now on Backerkit for all of our backers whose pledge includes it, so log into your Backerkit account and download away! 

I've been nibbling away at Ultimate Rulership for PF2 while on my Mediterranean trip and it should be ready soon after I get back home to my work computer this weekend and can get all the pieces assembled for layout, and that will be the final book in this project! 

We're excited to finish this project, because we're already starting the clock on our next awesome project for you: Mediterranean Monsters 5E is coming in June to Kickstarter!

We are traveling this month through Morocco, Spain, and Portugal, meeting with contributors and doing research (in addition to some vacation time and going to a wedding) in preparation for our next exciting Kickstarter project coming your way with our latest Legendary Beasts book - Mediterranean Monsters! Following in the grand tradition of supplements like Mythos Monsters, Sea Monsters, Asian Monsters, Latin American Monsters, and of course Mechanical Monsters, this book will feature over a hundred killer creatures from the marvelous mythologies of Greece, Italy, Malta, Sardinia, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, and Libya, complete with awesome artwork and rich lore.

We'll probably run this as two separate projects, the first as 5E with the bonus we'll be offering the extended 2nd (and hopefully 3rd) chapters of the Greek-inspired Mother of Monsters Adventure Path to really make a campaign drawing on the mythology of the Mediterranean come to life! That AP only exists for 5E, so it makes the most sense to bundle those parts together.

However, we already have our PF1 and PF2 teams working on it as well and will then do a followup campaign for both Pathfinder versions of the bestiary. We hope you'll check it out and share the good news with your friends and fellow gamers!

We will be launching this project in June after we return from our trip, but our talented team has already been hard at work for quite some time and this book is coming together and looking fantastic! Please share the pre-release link with all your friends and fellow gamers and help hype it up!

We're getting ready to head out on a family trip for most of May, but I've drawn names at random for 10 lucky backers to get copies of the early bird preview copies that our printer sent to us!

Deluxe Faerie Bestiary samples arrived!

Hi all,

We got our sample copies of the DELUXE edition of the Faerie Bestiary 5E! I'm really delighted with how these books came out. The first version of the cover had a rougher, scaly sort of texture like the ones we did with our Boricubos: Latin American Monsters & Adventures project but it just didn't quite look right. The smoother texture definitely made the foil cover much clearer and looking better. 

As with our standard editions, I'll be randomly drawing some names from our Kickstarter backers and sending out early copies soon! I'll keep you up to date as we get rolling on Faerie Campaigns PF2 and then our last book of the project, Ultimate Rulership PF2! 

Samples have arrived for Faerie Bestiary 5E!

Hi all, 

Our print samples arrived today for the standard version of the Faerie Bestiary 5E and I must say they are looking lovely! The books should be shipping in the next month or so with the rest of the Ultimate Faeries books coming from overseas, and we are excited to get them all in our hands so we can pass them on to you! 

Next week I'll pull some random names from our backer list who are getting just the Faerie Bestiary 5E and put those in the mail before I leave on a long international trip! A lucky handful of backers will have something fabulous in their mailboxes very soon! 

Speaking of long international trips, our layout artist for the Ultimate Faeries project is just getting back from his visit with family and once he's settled he'll be moving forward on Faerie Campaigns PF2, so expect updates soon on that book getting put together!
