Arcknight plastic minis on their way to us!

Hi all,
Just a quick update to let you know that our Arcknight plastic mini restock order has finally printed and is shipping to us and should arrive next week! We've had a number of orders that have been stuck in a holding pattern waiting for those minis to arrive (as well as the Kingdom Event cards, which came in last week), so once they are here we'll be able to get those packages headed your way! I think this is the last major batch of orders for this Kickstarter, so other than folks who haven't completed their surveys (we emailed them at the end of February to remind them) and a few stragglers, plus unlocking the shipping glitch at Amazon for the international packages shipping from there, we soon will be closing the book on Ultimate Faeries! We thank all of you once again for making this our biggest Kickstarter project ever!
Our next Kickstarter project coming in April will be a similar 3-system Kickstarter, bringing our Mediterranean Monsters project to Pathfinder 1E and 2E, as well as the original 5E version for anyone who missed it when we ran it last summer! We hope you'll check it out when we're ready to launch. Nearing the end on shipping but needed some reloads! Plus Canadian UPS "brokerage fees"

Hi all,
I'm on a trip this week so shipping will be slowing down until I return (my son is packing and shipping some batches I've left behind for him to do), but we've gotten a ton of packages out the door the last couple weeks. A couple of quick notes for you!
- We are at around 80-85% complete on shipping! We ran out of our Arcknight flat plastic minis and Kingdom Event Card decks so had to reorder both, so orders including those had to go back on the shelf until they arrive. They should be back in stock by next week when I return so we can get those moving again. We're also sending product out through Amazon fulfillment for some of our international backers, so those shipments require some time to get things percolated through their system. As the books get set up in the Amazon system, we can get them headed on to you.
- We are missing some surveys for people, so we've just sent out a reminder email to 15 backers to get your completed surveys. If we don't have your information, we can't get your rewards to you, so check your email and help us get our list complete!
- If your package arrives damaged, shoot us an email with a photo of the damaged item to [email protected], including a photo of the mailing label on the item and the package itself if possible.
- Last but not least, we've had a number of Canadian backers across our Kickstarters letting us know that UPS delivery has been charging them exorbitant "brokerage fees" to deliver their packages, claiming they need to collect a customs import duty of around $5 (which is not unreasonable) and then adding an additional fee of $30-40 on top of that to collect the aforementioned $5 duty (which is very unreasonable). If you are a Canadian backer and get socked with this kind of fee, forward me a copy of the UPS notification to the above email address and I'll be happy to reimburse you the amount of the UPS fee or offer you a generous store credit as compensation.
- Speaking of UPS, we've had at least one Canadian customer say they got a late notification from UPS that they had supposedly attempted to deliver their package three times and were returning it to sender. He never saw any UPS delivery person or had any note left but now his package is on its way back to me. I would hope this is an isolated incident, but if you are an international customer and you get your shipping email from us, it might be worth it to check your tracking number from time to time to make sure your shipment doesn't get misdirected or any kind of other shipping shenanigans.

Hi all,
We've sent out the biggest waves of product batches, so the majority of backers have their pledges sent out. We've got a lot of oddball combinations that need packing and shipping still, and we've got some bundles including Ultimate Rulership for PF2 that remain, but we are definitely on the downhill slope. We wanted to send out a couple of quick reminders for you!

I got an email to "Lock Address," but I already got my book! Don't worry, you aren't being sent an additional copy. We forgot to send out the "Lock Address" reminder email before we started sending out books, so we sent it out at the end of last week and it went to everyone. If you've already got your books, you're all done!

How will I know when my order ships? You should receive an email from our shipping provider when your address label is printed. It may not actually ship for a few days after that's printed, as it takes some time to grind through the pile of orders, but as of right now every label we've printed has been sent.

I got a mailing alert and my address is wrong! Let us know ASAP at [email protected] (make sure to include your full name and the email you used for the Kickstarter, if that is different from your regular email) with your new address and we'll get the old label canceled and a new one printed.

What if my books are damaged? It's unfortunate but it does happen sometimes. If it does, please send photos of the damage, plus a photo of the box and a photo of the mailing label on the box to us at [email protected] and we can provide that as documentation for filing any needed claims on our end, and we can of course get replacement copies headed your way as needed.

My order is missing something! If the missing item(s) are print-on-demand books, like A Feast of Flavor or Ultimate Kingdoms (PF1), those items usually ship directly from the printer and so will arrive separately from any books we send from here (like 5E and PF2 versions of Faerie Bestiary or Faerie Campaigns or Ultimate Kingdoms (5E)).

I've been charged an import fee for my books. Unfortunately, we have no control over local postal regulations and how, when, or why they might assess a fee on a package. This doesn't happen often, but it does happen sometimes. If there is a discernible pattern, I think I've seen it more often with packages to Belgium and the Netherlands than other countries.

My local delivery company says they can't deliver my book, need additional paperwork, or have lost my book! Again, this is thankfully rare, but if you get a message like this, email us as above and provide us any contact information you can for your delivery provider. We can try to chase the book from our end and we are happy to provide an invoice or other documentation if needed for them to release your book (or see if we can figure out where it went - it has happened a few times over the years that a delivery service will make one attempt to deliver and then immediately ship it back to us without even telling us). Sometimes we can figure it out and re-route the book to you. Sometimes we just have to mark it lost and send a replacement. Any way you slice it, let us know ASAP if you get a message like this and we'll do what we can.
Hopefully all of your books arrive safely and you love them when you get them. We're very proud of the books we made as part of this project and look forward to more amazing projects coming your way soon!

Ultimate Treasury shipping ramping down, Ultimate Faeries ramping up! Plus Mechanical Monsters!

Hi all,
I just wanted to check in with the good news that we have sent out close to 500 packages for our awesome Ultimate Treasury Kickstarter, and while we wait for our Legendary Loot Cards to arrive from overseas in February we are ramping up shipments for Ultimate Faeries! I've just printed the labels for five new product groups, focusing on people getting multiple books at a time, including Deluxe Faerie Bestiary, Faerie Campaigns, Ultimate Kingdoms, A Feast of Flavor, and our Arcknight flat plastic minis!
As a reminder, notification emails go out when we print those mailing labels, rather than when they are sent. If you get a "shipping notification," that means we've printed your label, but it might be a minute before we get your specific box packed and out the door. Still, keep your eyes peeled because we've got a lot of books headed your way soon! Also, if you happen to see an error in your notification email, especially an incorrect address (or if you've moved recently), let us know ASAP and we'll do our best to catch things before they go out the door!

Truck Delivery Incoming and Ready to Start Shipping!

Hi all,
Our books are at the port and import duties have been finalized! We've had our first conversation with the trucking company and are just waiting for our final delivery appointment (it'll actually be TWO deliveries of a total of 18 pallets of books from our Ultimate Faeries and Ultimate Treasury projects), which could be as early as Friday. Snow is in the forecast for that day so it might get moved to Monday, but we'll post up pictures when the first wave is packed and ready to head your way!
Thanks for your awesome support of this project and patience as we get everything up and out the door to you! These are some beautiful books and we hope you love reading them and using them at your table!
